Known for stepping into projects already underway, stabilizing schedule and budget, and driving them to Certificate of Occupancy. Deep industrial, manufacturing, government and multifamily experience. U.S. Marine Corps veteran (Desert Shield/Storm).

    Project Director, Webcor Builders

    Phase 1 ($360M): 40-story condo tower, 18-story Hotel Indigo and podium parking, finished on time; ENR California Multifamily Project of the Year. Phase 2 ($400M): demolition, shoring and mass excavation next to the 110 Freeway.

  • Lockheed Martin Skunk Works Intelligent Flexible Factory, Palmdale

    VP, Western U.S. Operations, The Austin Company

    Negotiated the company’s largest design-build contract in 20+ years. Also Blue Diamond Growers (Turlock, CA) and Franz Bakery (Oregon) plant expansions, finished early with pull planning.

  • Camp Lejeune BEQ, North Carolina

    Renovation enabling work at the Beverly Hilton and improvements at the historic Beverly Hills Hotel.

  • 328- and 483-unit modular apartments, San Diego

    Senior Superintendent

    Led the 328-unit project to Temporary and Final Certificate of Occupancy, including City of San Diego right-of-way work; the client then asked for him on the 483-unit project.
