A comprehensive replacement of the fire-alarm system and elevators at an LA County jail housing ~2,150 inmates — executed inside a fully operational, high-security correctional environment. Delivered to a 14-month schedule while meeting Project Labor Agreement and prevailing-wage requirements, without taking the facility offline.

Twin Towers Elevator Replacement

Twin Towers Elevator Replacement

A full modernization of 24 elevators across Tower 1, Tower 2, the Correctional Treatment Center, and the Inmate Reception Center — with the HVAC and fire-alarm systems tied to them — sequenced to keep a secure, 24/7 facility fully operational throughout. Upgraded cab interior finishes deliver a cleaner, safer ride.

Highlights. 24-elevator modernization across four facility zones; integrated HVAC & fire-alarm upgrades; executed live in a secure, occupied facility.

A 5,000-square-foot legacy lakehouse in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region — a multigenerational gathering place designed for connection and comfort. Warm oak cabinetry, layered tile, and brass accents beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, with expansive glazing framing the lakefront.

An 1884 residence and carriage house on a 6,000 sq ft West End lot, designated a City of Aspen historic landmark in 1982. The work lifts both historic structures in place to add a full basement on a new foundation, removes non-historic additions, and restores the original wood and scalloped siding, doors, windows and porch to match historic photos, alongside a new addition.
